Terms of Service

Effective July 28, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Halo Management ("Halo," "we," "us") website and services. By using our website, submitting an application, or working with us as a creator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Halo provides management services for content creators, which may include account setup and operation, content strategy and scheduling, fan messaging, promotion, pricing and revenue optimization, persona development for anonymous accounts, and content protection. The specific services you receive are set out in your individual creator agreement.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, provide truthful and accurate information, and use our services only for lawful purposes. We verify the age and identity of every creator before working together.

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator working with Halo, you agree to provide only content you own or have the right to use, work exclusively with Halo for the accounts we manage during our partnership, stay reasonably responsive to your management team, maintain the content standards agreed in your plan, and never mislead fans, Halo, or the platforms we operate on.

5. Payments & Revenue Split

Your earnings are shared between you and Halo according to the revenue split in your creator agreement. Payouts are processed on the schedule stated in that agreement and may be subject to platform processing delays outside our control. You are responsible for your own taxes on the income you receive.

6. Content Ownership & License

You keep full ownership of the content you create. By working with us, you grant Halo a license to use, post, edit, and promote that content solely for the purpose of operating and growing the accounts we manage for you. This license ends when our partnership ends, except where content has already been published in the ordinary course of managing your account.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your personal information, identity, and earnings confidential and share them only as described in our Privacy Policy or when the law requires it. Creators in our anonymous program receive the additional identity protections described in that program.

8. Termination

Either you or Halo may end the partnership as set out in your creator agreement. When the partnership ends, we process any final payouts owed to you and return control of your accounts to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our platform. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
